Short questionnaire by Surrey MSc student, assessing individuals’ experiences during Covid-19 and how lifestyles have changed during the lockdown.

The purpose of this survey is to assess individuals’ experiences during Covid-19 and lifestyles that have changed during lockdown. The survey also covers how you think we should respond post Covid-19. The information you supply will be analysed, giving a sample of public behaviours and opinions during Covid-19. The data collected will be used to look at how the public have responded to lifestyle changes and to understand your views about an economic recovery.

All information supplied will be confidential and participants will remain anonymous.

The questionnaire is hosted on Qualtrics via the University of Surrey. The survey will be closed on 19 August 2020.
