Lunchtime seminar with Angela Druckman, Friday, 22 April 2016 | 1pm

Can we have more fun, while using less ‘stuff’? In this talk Co-Investigator Angela Druckman will consider what makes us happy, how we currently use our time, and the environmental impacts of our different activities. The talk will conclude by discussing some possible avenues that may lead towards more sustainable lifestyles.

One of the publications her talk builds on is: Druckman, A., I. Buck, B. Hayward and T. Jackson (2012). “Time, gender and carbon: A study of the carbon implications of British adults’ use of time.” Ecological Economics 84: 153-163.
